International Air shipment FAQ.Q:For USA line, which ports need to be recorded?
A:Our general trade declarations are divided into general cargoes and charged cargoes. General cargoes are exported from Guangzhou and recorded in Guangzhou Airport port. Charged cargoes are sent to Hong Kong and flight from Hong Kong. They are recorded in Huanggang port.
Q: For USA Air shipment, which flight can choose?
A: The schedule of flight will be displayed after cargo collection.We have fixed flight, every Wednesday/Saturday flight, and the flight arrives on next day.
Q: For USA line, what kind of electric cargo we can handle?
A: For USA line, we can handle the cargo withbuilt-in battery (PI967), supporting battery (PI966), with MSDS. All charged cargoes are delivered from Hong Kong.
Q: What should be considered when shipping magnetic cargo withair shipment?
A: Magnetic goods are not ordinary goods. Due to magnetic field interference, it may affect flight safety. Therefore, the airline requires a qualified magnetic test report for magnetic products to be on plane.
The magnetic detection report has following requirements:1.Magnetic identification report is a one-time report and cannot be used multiple times.
2.Magnetic identification must be done for all mixed Nonmagnetic cargo and magnetic cargo, not only for magnetic cargo.
3.The magnetic identification report cannot be done in advance, but need to measure on site. The reportwillbe issued inabout 2 hours.
4. The charge for magnetic identification reportis RMB 450 yuan (50 boxes or less), andmore than 50 boxes, we’ll plus 1.5 yuan per carton.
For instance, if 80 cartons, the charge is 450+30*1.5=495.

VAT FULL NAME IS VALUE ADDED TAX, which is a common-used consumption value added tax in EU countries. It’s also called profit tax. When goods entry UK(according EU law) , it should be charged by TAX, when the goods sold out, the seller can get the VAT tax refund and than pay the tax based on the selling amount.
EORI’ sfull name is Economic Operator Registration and Identification. It’s the register number for all of EU business person or enterprise who has business activities, especially have import and export business. Whether youhave VAT number or not, seller must import goods to EU as importer, they must provide EORI number when they apply for VAT tax refund (only for VAT seller).
